Hickory Tree Chorus Celebrates Sweet Adelines International Day July 23

Members of the Hickory Tree Chorus will celebrate Sweet Adelines International Day July 23 by inviting women to discover the joy of singing fun-filled, chord-ringing a cappella music with this award-winning chorus.

Women can meet and greet members between 9:30-12 noon at the Hickory Square Shopping Center, 621 Shunpike Rd., Chatham and hear a demonstration of popular music sung in the barbershop style. Ask about upcoming opportunities to sing on-stage with the chorus and get a gift certificate for a Free Vocal Lesson!

Spot members wearing their 'Jersey tomato'-red chorus shirts all over northern NJ and ask how you can join the chorus, join the fun!

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie proclaimed July 23 Sweet Adelines International Day in New Jersey and recognized the contributions the 66-year old world-wide organization has made in the Garden State. He made special mention of Hickory Tree Chorus which will represent the Greater New York Region in International competition in Houston, TX this October.
